Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns related to community health and well-being.
Develop and implement data collection and evaluation plans for new and existing community programs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key metrics and indicators of success for community impact initiatives.
Create reports and presentations to communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases to track program data and generate reports for evaluation purposes.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of community impact programs.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and program evaluation to inform decision-making.
Communicate with community partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into evaluation processes.
Train and mentor staff on data collection and analysis techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency in evaluation efforts.
Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for effectively measuring and communicating the impact of community programs.
Support fundraising efforts by providing data and evaluation findings to potential donors.
Act as a representative of the hospital and its community impact initiatives at events and meetings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and information in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
