The Learning and Development Analyst will evaluate and improve enterprise-wide training programs by developing measurement strategies, analyzing learning and business data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The role also involves creating dashboards and reports, presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management, and providing guidance on evaluation practices.
Responsibilities
Lead measurement strategies that demonstrate learning program impact and alignment to business objectivesPartner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to develop training evaluation strategies and success measuresDefine performance objectives, metrics, evaluation plans, and reporting requirementsConduct job, task, stakeholder, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and business needsEvaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior change, and business resultsDesign and maintain surveys, assessments, and other evaluation tools aligned to performance objectives and KPIsCollect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metricsTranslate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive decision-making and continuous improvementDevelop dashboards and reports that highlight program performance, opportunities, and business impactPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders, department leaders, and senior managementProvide functional leadership and guidance to analysts responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard developmentEstablish and maintain evaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programs
Skills
All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontractedEducation Requirement: Bachelor's Degree• Experience in training and development• Experience developing and implementing evaluation methodologies (e.g., questionnaires, focus groups, observations, interviews)• Experience developing questionnaires with survey tools (e.g., Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)• Experience using the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the effectiveness of training• Experience analyzing large amounts of complex data• Experience creating reports and dashboards• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences• Ability to prioritize multiple duties/projects, take lead and follow through on all assignments• Ability to work well under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, organize a heavy workload, take ownership, and follow through on all assignments• Ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results• Ability to work well in a team environment and perform with minimal supervision• Strong interpersonal and oral communications skills with proven record of building relationships and communicating complex information in a concise and straightforward manner• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or other related discipline• 5-7 years of combined experience in learning and development or training• Experience in developing company-wide measurement strategies• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
