Position Summary The TPM Consultant will support the ongoing Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) activities on MENA MELS Regional TPM Buy-in, including but not limited to the TPM Leads and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists in Amman, Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon.
Essential Job Functions The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
Work closely with the TPM lead and M&E specialists to draft data collection instruments for different modalities, including but not limited to youth, health activities, food assistance, and psychosocial support activities. Review existing TPM tools to adapt them to the changing situation and based on IP activities. Support data analysis of TPM data as well as conduct quality checks
