The Health Services & Behavorial Associate III coordinates all quantitative and/or qualitative data collection project and will be under the supervision of the Evaluation Manager. Responsible for supervising and training interviews. Participates in data collection and is responsible for field documentation. Monitors the quality of data collected and manages field problems, as needed.
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, health education, nursing or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Master’s degree or Masters student, preferred. One year of experience program evaluation. One year of experience in conducting qualitative/quantitative surveys and interviews and analyzing data collected. Experience using CASI interviewing tools, preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Thorough knowledge of quantitative research methodology and data collection strategies. Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary team. Ability to drive to various meeting/interview sites. Fluent in Spanish/English, preferred. Intermediate knowledge of MS Work and Excel, required. Competency with SPSS highly preferred. Position requires flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends.
